Monique Ross, Founder and Bishop of Predestined for Purpose Ministries is a dynamic preacher and teacher of the word of God. Bishop Ross has been preaching and teaching the Word of God for over 15 years to the masses.

Angela Sharpe is a Licensed Social Worker and Director of Youth Programs dedicated to empowering others through her own journey of healing from abandonment and abuse. With a passion for service, she leads innovative youth initiatives and champions women’s empowerment through her work in ministry, impactful events, and published books. Angela’s faith-driven leadership extends beyond her professional roles as she strives to disrupt dysfunctional family patterns and guide others toward fulfilling their God-given potential.

Danielle Amaris Owens is the founder of "It’s Her Time," a women’s ministry. With a decade of experience in ministry, Danielle has witnessed many lives transformed through prayer, counseling, fellowship, and networking. She is passionate about empowering and encouraging those around her to reach their full potential and pursue God’s will for their lives.

Triticia Pena is an Organizational Development Professional with over 18 years of experience leading teams and improving business operations. She currently holds dual positions, a Business Analyst for the State of New York and as Co-Owner with her husband of the school-age program, Kidz Klub Discovery Center in Albany New York.

When Triticia is not working, you can find her serving! Triticia is an Ordained Elder in the State of New York, serves as the Administrative Assistant on the NYCE Jurisdiction Music Team and in her local ministry. Triticia is passionate about seeing people free, healed, and delivered! Triticia started out as a Mentee in the Mentored for Purpose program under Bishop Monique Ross and transitioned to a Mentor in late 2025. Triticia lives by, Romans 8:28 which reminds us, "All things work together for good to them that love God and are called according to His purpose".

Kassandra M. Woody is a dedicated and accomplished Healthcare Systems Specialist with a robust background in optimizing healthcare delivery through innovative technology solutions. Kassandra has developed extensive expertise as an Epic Cadence Analyst, ensuring efficient and effective patient scheduling and management implementations. Beyond her professional achievements, Kassandra is deeply committed to community service and leadership. Furthering her commitment to holistic well-being, Kassandra is the founder of W.H.O.L.E. (Women Helping Others Love and Evolve), an organization dedicated to promoting comprehensive health, wellness, and spiritual growth. As a mentor for Mentored for Purpose, Inc., Kassandra is passionate about guiding and inspiring the next generation of leaders. 

My mission is simple — to help people become the best version of themselves through faith, growth, and consistency. I believe that real change starts from within, and with God’s guidance, we all have the power to transform our lives. My goal is to inspire others to walk in purpose, strengthen their character, and live with integrity and compassion. I don’t claim to have it all figured out, but I strive every day to grow, learn, and lead by example so that others can see what’s possible when faith meets action.

Lauren Morris is the owner of Loola Doola Boutique and designer of Lauren M. Clutches, established in 2010. She also is the owner of Loola Doola Design and Manufacturing Inc., established in 2021, located in White Plains NY. Lauren Morris is an ordained Minister at Predestined For Purpose Ministries, under the leadership of Bishop Monique Ross. She is also the leader of the Women’s Department. Lauren Morris is a wife of 25 years and a mother of 3.

Prophetess Erica is a devoted Kingdom leader, preacher, teacher, and intercessor passionate

about advancing the Kingdom of God through prayer, teaching, and spiritual formation.

Her heart is to equip believers to discover,

embrace, and walk boldly in their God-given purpose.

Since recommitting her life to Christ in 2017, Prophetess Erica has intentionally pursued God,

growing into a servant-leader after His own heart.

She is the founder of Fire on the Altar Prayer Training, a monthly prayer initiative focused on

strengthening personal and corporate prayer lives, providing practical strategies to keep the fire

burning on the altar.

Janice T. Smith, is a Family Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of experience in healthcare, beginning her career as a Certified Nurse Assistant and advancing to Registered Nurse before becoming a board-certified Nurse Practitioner. She is passionate about preventive care, chronic disease management, and whole-person wellness. Janice is the founder and owner of her own practice, where she provides compassionate, patient-centered care that blends clinical excellence with a heart for service.

In addition to her medical career, she is an ordained Minister at Predestined for Purpose Ministries and actively serves on the Health Team and within the Women’s Department. She is deeply committed to mentorship, leadership development, and empowering others to walk confidently in their God-given purpose. As a devoted mother of two(daughter and son), Janice understands the importance of nurturing faith, discipline, and vision in the next generation.
